Our church seeks to make Christian faith relevant to our young people, with programs for each age group.  Our youth grades 3-6 meet on Wednesday nights for K.I.D.S. Church from 6:30 until 7:30 p.m.  Our junior high youth have an opportunity to attend CHAOS at the Nazareth Lutheran Church in Cedar Falls on Wednesday evenings, which runs from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m.  Lastly, our high school students attend the Big House each Wednesday at Orchard Hill Church.  The students leave from Hudson at 6:30 p.m. Transportation is provided.  Each summer, our youth from middle-school age through high school have an opportunity to attend one of the week-long sessions at Village Creek Bible Camp in Lansing, Iowa.

Education and Formation Our church seeks to offer a variety of opportunities which educate people in the Christian faith, and provide formation for Christian living and growth. Each Sunday during the school year there are Sunday School classes for pre-school through adults. (Child care is provided for children under 4.) Each year Confirmation Class is offered for young people in seventh grade. This class presents a comprehensive look at Christian faith leading to baptism and/or confirmation. Vacation Bible School is offered for children each summer. An introductory study of Christian faith and life for adults, called Alpha, is given periodically. Other Bible studies are offered periodically throughout the year. Recently the church installed a computer projection system in the worship area and completed in the education building a computer room where children and youth can use Christian software for learning. The church is committed to using modern technology to communicate the Gospel.
